This beautiful condo has second floor views of the ocean, beach and our meticulously maintained landscape. Watching the sunset over Wailua Bay is a favorite of guests.
Newly painted bedroom and both bathrooms as well as have scheduled removal of the carpet in the bedroom and replacement with wood flooring.
Just down a flight of stairs is the pool and then the bar-be-que. You will find your stay in this condo a relaxing experience.
The dining area has beautiful Koa wood paneling on the wall and
cabinets.There is a King sized bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, with abundant closets and drawers. And a bath and a half.

The managers were super easy to work with. We didn't have any problems, so no interaction with anyone else. Just a really pleasant stay.

The condo was a great location on the property. It could maybe use a little decorating update, but everything that we needed was there. We appreciated the welcome basket and the notebook with helpful hints. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The condo at Lae Nani was wonderful. Spacious and open, great amenities, private beachfront, beautiful views (especially when there is a rainbow!), close to town and restaurants. Also convenient location to get to multiple areas on the island. After visiting other parts of the island, like this location the best. In addition, Roy was very responsive to inquiry emails prior to our arrival and during our stay when the DVD player needed replaced. We would definitely come back and rent a vacation property from Kauai Condominium Vacations.

The condo lived up to expectations. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the waves at the beach only a few steps away. The property manager has made the grounds feel like you want a Hawaiian resort to feel. Tropical foliage and flowers everywhere. We enjoyed visiting the Koi pond there also. The beach was just the best. All ages were seen swimming and enjoying the sandy beach. We found that this was the only sandy beach that was safe for swimming at a condo on the whole East side of Kauai. There are many, many beaches where you can swim, snorkel, surf or boogie board but to step out of your condo right onto the beach, this was a special place. We will return I am sure. We met many people at the bbq's that have been coming to Lae nani for years.
